Join Susan from PawPrint Pilates for this 4 week Pilates in the Park Programme.
– Beginners are very welcome
– Dates are Monday 7th, 14th and 21st August at either 5.50pm or 7pm
We will explore what the weird world of Pilates is all about, whether you are brand new or a seasoned practitioner. We’ll move, we’ll breathe, we’ll think about what our “core” might be. We’ll learn that stability & mobility are two sides of the same coin, and we’ll search for some balance between the two. By the end of the month we’ll be stronger and maybe even unfurl our spine and stand a little bit taller.
All this while out under the skies; fingers crossed we’ll even get some sunshine.
We ask that people bring their own pilates mats where possible.
