Plan Your Visit

Head east of the River Lagan and you’ll find yourself in EastSide. The beating heart of Belfast’s industrial past, this down-to-earth neighbourhood is thriving once as again, now as a hub for creativity, arts, design and alternative thinking.

The Connswater Community Greenway offers 16km of continuous cycle and walkway through east Belfast. Travel on bike or by foot from the Titanic Quarter through Victoria Park, via the Sam Thomspon Bridge and out to the heart of the Greenway, the unique event space and hub of activity, C.S. Lewis Square. Stop for refreshments at one of the numerous cafes along the route such as Jack Café and Lazy Claire. Try out some physical activity at one of the many play parks or leisure facilities located along the Greenway or take a stroll and catch a glimpse of the wildlife living in this unique urban green space.
